Do you know what your exercise habits are? What gives you that get up and go in the morning? I use to be run by coffee! I’m not even kidding. I would make my protein drinks for the week with my maca powder and 2 large scoops of Nescafe instant coffee in milk. I needed to be kicked awake. BUT do you know that if you are fit it is easier to get out of bed. I had unhealthy exercise habits. Being healthy takes a lot of work.
Exercising regularly is hard work but well worth it. Now, if you have some disease that prevents you from being able to accomplish this, I am sorry. This page probably isn’t for you. Everyday I am so thankful that I do not have anything wrong with me, other than laziness. I am trying to change that. One of the things I have started is getting my butt into the gym everyday. This will help with my weight loss goals.
Another thing I started was some schooling to be a physical trainer. If you have seen any pictures of me then you already know… I am not ready for that yet. But I’m making progress and I really would like to help someone else. I have had so many struggles with my weight. I look around and see that the obesity crisis in America is not getting any better. I’m hoping to help in being part of the solution.
Exercising has so many benefits. It works our heart so that our heart doesn’t stop working on us. Our hearts are just one big muscle in our bodies. Like all muscles they need to be worked regularly. I read that the new way to prevent heart attack is to exercise more. To put more physical stress on our hearts. Actually I heard that quite a while ago. So I guess it’s not that new.
I would love to tell you all the things that exercise is good for but unfortunately I don’t remember things as good as I use to. Exercising is good for memory as well. So, it’s a good thing I have gotten back to it. It helps to move our bowels and clean out toxins from our bodies. If we take a good look at what we are eating …it’s not hard to find the toxins! Weight Loss comes from regular exercise too. So much good.
I look forward to being more knowledgeable in this area so that I can give you some relevant information that might help you in your own journey. I’m not there yet. Right now I only have my experience. That might help a little. Consistency is key. I fail miserably at this but now I have no excuse. I am so excited.
